be sarcastically greeted by staff member stating 'I was at lunch and am not a robot'. At 3.45 pm didn't expect that greeting and would not recommend this business as public relations skills need seriously brushing up. Highly unprofessional! Appreciate that I didn't have equipment ready for staff to assist when door opened. I'd strongly advise that the staff member learn some skills when dealing with customers as first impressions last. Trying to support local businesses isn't always a sure thing!
