Why don't they train staff on any new food ordering equipment instead of constantly asking for help from someone else and then finally, after 15 minutes getting the order stuffed up. It's a chaotic operation. They definitely need professional training. Also, I asked for a cappuccino without the chocolate sprinkle. She responded "oh, then thats a latte" I suggested she did not know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino, but she replied "I make the coffee here and I know how to do it" The Beach Shack up the road is 1000% better. Don't waste your time and money here.
